**`(chore):`** Send PostHog usage events from the beta (`fern-beta`) and pre-prod (`fern-pre-prod`) CLI builds, not only from
prod. Each event's `cliReleaseEnvironment` property (`beta` or `pre-prod`) separates them from prod usage, and
automation events (`generation_failed`, `verification_failed`) now carry it too. Dev and local builds still send no
usage events.
