**`(fix):`** Fix multipart form data string fields being JSON-encoded with
`writeValueAsString()`, which wraps values in literal quote characters.
String fields, primitives, and enums now use plain string conversion
instead of JSON serialization. Complex types (objects, maps) continue
to use JSON serialization as before.
