**`(fix):`** Endpoints configured with `x-fern-retries: { disabled: true }` (or `retries: { disabled: true }` in a Fern
definition) are no longer retried. The generated endpoint method passes `retriesDisabled: true` to the
HTTP client, which takes precedence over both the client-level `maxRetries` and the per-request
`RequestOptions.maxRetries`.
