**`(fix):`** 修复 Wire 测试文件，改为读取 `WIREMOCK_URL` 环境变量而不是
硬编码 `http://localhost:8080`。`setUp()` 方法现在声明一个
`$wiremockUrl` 变量，该变量从环境中读取并有备用方案，
使测试能够在本地开发和 CI/CD 环境中使用动态分配的 Docker 端口。
