**`(fix):`** 消除 `UniversalBaseModel` 中的 Pydantic v2 弃用警告。在 Pydantic v2 下，带有 `smart_union` 和 `allow_population_by_field_name` 的基于类的 `Config` 模式会发出弃用警告。`UniversalBaseModel` 现在对 v2 使用 `model_config: ConfigDict`，配置 `populate_by_name=True`、`validate_by_name=True` 和 `validate_by_alias=True`（支持 v2.11+），并使用自定义的 `@model_serializer` 进行日期时间序列化，而不是已弃用的 `json_encoders`。Pydantic v1 继续使用原始的基于类的 Config。
