**`(feat):`** 在主 client.rb 中使 base_url 参数可选。该参数现在有默认
值 nil，允许用户在使用基于环境的配置时无需显式提供 base_url 即可实例化客户端。

**`(fix):`** 修复推断认证基础 URL 解析并添加绝对 URL 支持：

* 认证原始客户端现在在未提供 base_url 时正确回退到默认环境
* RawClient.build_url 现在直接处理绝对 URL（例如 HATEOAS 分页链接）
* 向 RawClient 添加 attr_reader :base_url 以供外部访问
* 移除 InferredAuthProvider.refresh 中不必要的 base_url 覆盖，因为 auth_client
  已经配置了正确的基础 URL
