**`(fix):`** 修复分页查询参数键不匹配。查询参数使用字符串键初始化，但分页迭代器块使用符号键，导致发送重复参数（例如 `page=0&page=0`），结果产生 400 错误。

**`(fix):`** 在插值到 URL 路径之前对路径参数进行 URI 编码。包含保留 URI 字符（例如管道、空格）的资源 ID 现在可以正常工作，而不是引发 `URI::InvalidURIError`。
