(fix): Endpoints now send API-, service- and endpoint-level headers whose types are literals (e.g. Accept-Encoding: literal<"gzip">). Previously these headers were silently dropped. Caller-supplied values via RequestOptions::additional_header still take precedence over the literal defaults.
